I would not recommend this company. I made an appointment for repairs to my air conditioning unit and they came out to sell me a new unit. They charged $115 for the service call when I already knew the system was not cooling. Was told that I would hear from him the next morning with the price and availability and never did. I called twice to inquire about getting the price and whether parts were available and was told by a very rude receptionist that he told me he wouldn’t have a price until later in the day. I was hung up on twice by this representative who doesn’t understand that customers are our most valued asset. Do your self a favor and avoid this company!

We would highly recommend All Air Solutions. They have helped us on several occasions with our HVAC system when it has broken down. They always respond in a timely manner, are professional, and resolve our problems quickly. We have even called during the hottest days and not only did they respond the same day but did not charge extra for coming out on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Their staff is a pleasure to talk to, and always helpful!

I used this company for the first time last year and the work their tech did showed me I might as well have flushed my money down the toilet in past years. He was thorough and found issues that saved us a lot on A/C last year AND finally fixed the problem we had paid for 2 service calls from another company for and they couldn’t correct it! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Recently we had a total breakdown of our A/C system during one of the hottest days of the year. After trying to get help, a friend recommended we call All Air Solutions. Thank goodness for friends! Their receptionist was wonderful. She had to contact the techs and got back to me within 10 minutes with an appointment time that day. The service tech was also professional and we were impressed with his extensive knowledge. He had us up and running quickly and the bill was a pleasant surprise (which you almost never can say). We are satisfied and wouldn’t want any other company working on our unit.

When my furnace quit on me I called All Air Solutions and Rob was able to work for me on the same day. He was pretty sure what the problem was after taking a quick look and after testing the furnace, found the problem right away. He didn’t have the part it needed on the truck but was able to get it for me from a nearby supplier, he came right back and was able to repair my heating unit and get me my heat back. I was very impressed with the service I received from Rob and I’m so glad I called All Air Solutions. I’ll never call anyone else. Thanks, Rob.

Rob came out and reviewed my needs for an upgraded heat pump. His suggestion was for a Bryant Evolution Extreme. While the price was higher than other systems I looked at, Rob assured me it was well worth the price. A contract was signed and the system was installed in September 2012. He asked if I wanted to remove my boiler but I thought I will leave it and see how this new heat pump would handle my heating needs through the winter. The system was installed by an extremely friendly and competent crew. All my questions and concerns were addressed. The system has been in operation now for about 7 months now and it has exceeded every expectation I and my wife had. I say kudos to Rob and his company and I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a heating and cooling contractor Thank you Rob and All Air Solutions

Have nothing but positive things to say about All Air Solutions. Rob the technician was very knowledgeable about heat pumps. Unfortunately, my units are undersized for my house and Rob was able to tweak the system and also made some suggestions on how I can improve airflow myself. In the past, I have had many bad experiences with other HVAC companies, and can assure you All Air Solutions is not one of them. Their pricing is very competitive and was able to work around my busy schedule. Thanks again Rob for all your help and will be seeing you again in the Fall for my 6-month maintenance.

After our annual heater check-up revealed a cracked heat exchanger we decided it was time to replace the heater and air conditioner system as it was approaching 15 years old. We invited 4 different Lehigh Valley distributors to show us the different brands that were available and provide us with a quote. Not only was Rob the most competitively priced in terms of what he was offering but also the most accommodating to our needs. We had always had some issues with the airflow in our house due to the ductwork, and Rob was the only one who noticed what the problem and offered to fix it as part of the installation. In addition, he was always very patient with our multitude of questions, giving us straightforward answers each time. In the end, we decided to go with All Air Solutions and are very happy we did. I would highly recommend Rob and his entire company for heating and air conditioning. It is nice to be able to talk to not only the owner of the company but also the installer. He takes great care to make sure everything is correct.
